Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are an integral component of Jivox, and we are looking for strong contributors to join this hybrid team of competitive and experienced professionals focused on customer satisfaction, process improvements, and our customer's ROI.
Responsibilities- By leveraging a consultative approach, our CSMs work strategically with their customer base, to understand their marketing objectives, determine the best approach for leveraging Jivox AdSlate capabilities, and provide recommendations on how to create effective Online Video Advertising campaigns to maximize awareness and drive more business for Jivox clients.
- Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions, and consistently follows up on issues until they are fully resolved.
- The CSM works with a broad cross-section of customers in the SMB space to strengthen adoption; identify opportunities to expand the footprint, and help ensure the success and renewal of ad campaigns.
- Closely monitor adoption rates of assigned accounts; provide keen insight into exactly how customers are using our service, the pros and cons, anything we can do to improve their ROI on the service.
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives who are responsible for driving business opportunities across a diverse account base through uncovering new business opportunities.

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.

Flash Programmer
Responsibilities
The Flash programmer will be working on video-intensive Flash, Flex and AIR applications. Proven expertise in writing bug-free, robust object-oriented ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0 required. Applicants with knowledge of Flex 2 / AS3 and experience in streaming video are strongly preferred. Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Flex 2/3
- FCS / FMS
- Apollo/AIR
- CSS
- Cairngorm or ARP frameworks
- Flash Remoting
- Laszlo
- XUL
- FlexUnit/ASUnit

QA Lead
Responsibilities
The QA lead will be responsible for creation of test plans for the entire application set which includes the web portal, the Flash player as well as the server side components. The QA lead will help development in development of unit and integration tests and will be responsible for functional, system and user acceptance testing. The QA lead will also be responsible for automated regression test suites. The QA lead must have extensive experience in developing QA automation for web portals, as well as of scalability testing for server side web applications.
- Experience with Flash based web applications and the flash player is a huge plus.
- Experience with video (especially the Flash video player) is also a big plus.
- Must have worked with large data sets. Experience with databases (SQL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Unix scripting (bash, php, perl) is a plus.
- The QA lead must be comfortable with both white box and black box testing.

Server Programmer
Responsibilities
Server programmer will be working on server APIs to support the web portal and the video player. Must have experience in working on large-scale applications using the LAMP stack, Java, J2EE, PHP and the PHP API's are required. Experience building PHP applications, frameworks and PHP and Apache architecture is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of the following is required:
- SQL and MySQL
- Database query optimization
- Indexing and performance tuning
