Mirilla Woodward brings the ‘HUMAN’ in Human Resources. She was instrumental in doubling the HC growth of Jivox in less than 2 yrs + digitalized our HR and Recruiting software systems. She manages our Strategic HR from People Strategy, Talent Strategy,  Leadership Development,  Rewards, Remuneration & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Wellness & Retention, Performance, Employee Issues & Resolutions, Onboarding & Exits, Background checks, Coaching & Mentoring, Internal Communications, Learning & Development & Creating a Culture of FUN with Games and Entertainment.

Prior to Jivox, Mirilla was associated with start-ups like Scientific Games (Previously known as Bally Technologies) in the Gaming & Gambling Industry & Manhattan Associates into Supply Chain Management from their initial days leading the HR functions and responsible for People Strategy, HR Transformation, Organisation development initiatives, Accelerated Recruitment campaigns, Employer Branding to name a few. At Bally Technologies she was also responsible for the HR Operations of Australia, South Africa, and Macau. She was associated with Yorkville Education Company in Toronto, Canada and was part their many acquisitions over the years.

Mirilla holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from XLRI and has an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
