Senior Vice President, Global Customer Success

As SVP, Customer Success, Rushanthini has been instrumental in growing and managing the customer success team at Jivox. She oversees a global team of customer success directors across the US, UK and India. Her team ensures that customers’ personalization goals are met and their maturity in Dynamic Content Optimization grows year on year, leading them to the path to omnichannel personalization.

Rushanthini joined Jivox in 2019 as part of the Customer Success & Client Strategy team and rose to lead the APAC Customer Success team a year later managing a list of Global 500 companies. Prior to Jivox, Rushanthini worked with Internet companies Directi and Securifi as a core member in their Business Development function.

Rushanthini holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business and a Bachelors in technology from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappali.
