A Fortune 500 Kitchenware & Home Furnishings Retailer was seeking a true DCO experience that would provide a consistent personalization experience across touchpoints. For this they needed a complete omnichannel solution that would run high volumes of full-funnel ads, with capabilities to auto-optimize based on purchase trends through an AI/ML powered algorithms.

The brand needed an agile vendor that could help them run dynamic product ads at scale across a substantial volume of products within multiple product feeds and also retain the brand look-and-feel across all channels. Over a short period of just 3 months, the brand was able to run 92 promotions across 10 brands using a mix of prospecting, retargeting, and recommendation-based logic via Jivox.

Here, AWS’ scale and ability to support Jivox’s real-time creative automation and data-driven decisioning was critical. Multiple product feeds were pushed to Jivox containing data on products such as pricing and availability, whilst Jivox would then determine which products to serve based on user data and evaluating bestselling sales data to ultimately generate the appropriate dynamic product ad carousel containing highly engaging image and video assets.

The AWS infrastructure ensured 10s of thousands of creatives could be produced in both animated display banners and dynamic video formats to support all of the items in the product feed, which were then rendered in a matter of milliseconds so that each user saw the right ad in the right place at the right time.

The brand saw a 100% increase in display CTR and 82% lift in video CTR vs industry benchmarks, contributing to a 2x boost to ROAS and a more consistent customer experience with the brand across channels.
